Purchases of £150 and over benefit from Royal Mail Special Delivery Guarantee (Next Day Delivery).
Royal Mail International Track & Signed is employed for all international orders.
Please note that in the event of disruptions or changes in Royal Mail services, we may opt for alternative mailing services. However, rest assured that we will adhere to the criteria and price tariffs of the different postal services used, and no additional fees will be charged to you for such adjustments.
-Special Mailing Services:
If you specifically request the use of a special mailing service outside the standard options mentioned above, any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels for products that are not liked or that want to be returned even though they have no defects.
